A vastly talented defender hailing from the Central West of New South Wales. Grant's versatility has seen him play in numerous positions for Sydney FC. A junior Australian representative and now a current Socceroo, Grant brings physicality to the fold but also a hard working ethos and excellent passing ability. Rhyan Grant is Sydney FC’s longest serving player, making his debut in December 2008, as well as holding the 2nd most appearances in the club's history with almost 250 games. Grant has scored in 3 Grand Finals for Sydney FC, including penalties, winning the title for the Sky Blues in the 2020 Grand Final with a chested effort into the bottom corner where he also picked up the Joe Marston Medal for performance of the match. In his time at the club, the 30-year old has won 4 Championships, 4 Premierships, and an FFA cup as well as being included in the PFA team of the year, 3 seasons in a row.
