Sydney FC defender Sebastian Ryall has praised the Sky Blues Members and fans for their support so far this season and has urged them to come out in force again this Saturday.

Central Coast Mariners visit the Allianz Stadium to take on Frank Farina-s men and Ryall believes the team need to show the fans a good performance.

“It-s going to be a really good game, it-s on a Saturday night and both teams are pushing for different things, so it is must win for both,” he said.

“I think we owe it to our fans. We haven-t really played at our best away from home but I-m sure we-ll come out with a good performance this week.”

Sydney beat the Central Coast 1-0 in their last game at Allianz Stadium, a result which began a run of five consecutive home games.

And the returning defender hoping the support can be just the same as it was that day.

“The atmosphere at that game was fantastic and they [Members and fans] have been fantastic for us all year.

“We-ve won five games in a row at home, so we are going to use that home ground advantage and turn it on for the fans,” he continued.

“There are four games left, we-ve got three of them in Sydney and need to win this weekend, so that will show in the way we play.”

Watch Alessandro’s first game at Allianz Stadium since renewing his contract and the Socceroos captain Lucas Neill’s home debut for Sydney FC against the Central Coast Mariners on Saturday 9th March (kick off 5.30pm). Sydney will be looking to make it six wins in a row at home. Tickets are available by clicking here from Ticketek.
