Adam Le Fondre was at his lethal best on Sunday as he claimed Under Armour Man of the Match honours at GMHBA Stadium.
Bagging two goals and carving out a further chance in the buildup, the Englishman was instrumental in the all of the Sky Blues’ play, making 21 passes for a passing accuracy of 76.2% while also winning three aerial duels and another three on the ground.
In attack it was all about taking your chances, as Le Fondre’s two shots on target found the back of the net and took him to third in the Sky Blues’ all-time goalscorers list.
