Today we’re looking at the impressive stats of star Sky Blue striker Adam Le Fondre.
Into his second season with the Sky Blues, Le Fondre is thriving in Sydney FC’s fearsome attacking quartet, finding the net game after game to propel the club to the top of the ladder.
From the 20 games he’s featured in so far this season, Le Fondre has fired 28 shots on target, scoring 17 goals in the process, nine with his right foot, five with his left foot and three with his head.
Le Fondre’s goal tally sees him sit second on the Hyundai A-League Golden Boot charts, one behind leader Jamie Maclaren.
Playing his part in the Sky Blues’ march to the summit of the Hyundai A-League ladder, Le Fondre has earned one assist, making 26 key passes and 21 crosses from open play, and winning 34 fouls with the opposition struggling to contain the pacey striker.
Le Fondre also holds a 68.2% passing accuracy, while in defence he’s won 70% of his tackles and made two interceptions.
