On Sunday afternoon (July 19) Sydney FC will wrap up its successful series of State League trials with a highly-anticipated friendly clash against former NSL Powerhouse, Sydney Olympic.

The match will be the Sky Blues- 12th trial match and another great test for the as yet, undefeated side as it prepares for the coming Hyundai A-League season.

Sydney FC has received great support from the football community during its current community-based pre-season campaign and is looking forward to another great turnout when the suburban tour comes to an end at Belmore Oval this weekend.

Gates open at 12pm on Sunday and there will be three curtain raisers played before the main game, starting with a clash between Sydney Olympic-s Under 18s and the under 18 side from the NSW Institute of Sport. Olympic-s Under 16s will face the Australian National Deaf team at 2pm, and immediately before the feature match at 3:45pm there will be a Legends versus All Stars game that looks set to include a host of past greats such as former Sky Blues- coach, John Kosmina, Francis Awaritife, Charlie Yankos and more.

Fans will be able to purchase Sydney FC merchandise on the day and sign up as a Sydney FC member, and there will also be opportunities to get an autograph or photo with your favourite player.

Tickets for the match are $10 for adults and $5 for concession with kids under 12 free, and parking will be available at a cost of $5 at the adjacent Peter Moore Oval.
