Sydney FC’s Membership Survey Responses

Sydney FC have collated your responses to our Membership survey as we look to build on our successful 2014/15 season on and off the field for the future.

MEMBERSHIPS:

We welcome Members suggestions and invite Members to our pre-season forums to discuss ideas about the Sky Blues. Memberships are the easiest way to gain entry to the game with your seat secured and is also the best way to support the Club. If you do decide to bring extra fans, it’s recommended that you skip the queues and pre-purchase your tickets with Members receiving a 10% discount on additional tickets purchased.

Members and fans are always welcome to attend our open training sessions. To find out when these occur, call 8314 5100 and follow the prompts.

Don’t forget that the deadline to retain loyalty pricing ends in August with the deadline for seat renewal in July. As long as you upgrade by the August deadline you are always entitled to the loyalty pricing.

STADIUM ISSUES:

We have attempted to engage the SCG Trust to reduce prices and offer better options on food and beverages. Unfortunately parking and food outlets are run by the SCG Trust and we do not have control over these facilities.

Safety is a very important part of each of our match days. We want all our Members and supporters to feel that they are in a safe environment. If you have any concerns or issues contact either the stewards at the top of each aisle or the security at pitch level. SCG Trust Security can also be contacted via text message.

MERCHANDISE:

We try to mix up the Membership pack each season to have some variety as we encourage our Members to wear the Membership gear and show off that they are proud to be a Member. We always take on board input for new items when we assess our ranges for the following season and we hope you like next season’s gear.

Leading into the 10th season we considered a new logo however we could not find a suitable replacement and as a result we have continued with our original.

THE COVE:

Although we understand that in the active area people do move around, the FFA announced before the season that all supporters in the active area must be Members and allocated with a seat. We have followed this so far and believe that the fantastic atmosphere The Cove produce hasn’t been affected.

ACADEMY:

Sydney FC will be continuing our Junior Blues program which sees children under 12 years of age, that play football, entitled to a free Membership to watch Sydney FC play at home. The program will continue as we see it as a great initiative for aspiring young players in our community.

SYDNEY FC TEAM FIXTURES:

Sydney FC strive to request more family friendly times for their fixtures across all three leagues, however it is the FFA who ultimately have the final say on what times we play.

AWAY TICKETS:

Ticketing for the #SydneyDerby is at the discretion of the home team and due to the difference in Stadium sizes, allocation for derbies at Pirtek are always smaller than at Allianz.

Sydney FC take on English Premier League giants Tottenham Hotspur in a football classic at ANZ Stadium on Saturday 30 May. Purchase your tickets today for this not to be missed football event!
