Sydney FC’s Hyundai A-League 2019/20 fixtures have been revealed, with a host of exciting clashes and new opposition set to whet the appetite this season.

Sydney FC kick off the new season away from home in an always classic clash, facing Adelaide United at Coopers Stadium in a Friday night blockbuster on October 11, before opening their account at home with a Sunday evening Leichhardt Oval special against the Phoenix on October 20.

The club’s sole home #BigBlue will take centre stage at the scene of last season’s 6-1 Semi-Final demolition, at Netstrata Jubilee Stadium in Round 6 on November 16 as Kosta Barbarouses prepares to welcome his former employers.

In a first for the Hyundai A-League, the #SydneyDerby will feature in Kogarah at Netstrata Jubilee Stadium in February* as Alex Baumjohann faces off against his former club, while in another first, Western United will face the Sky Blues at Leichhardt Oval in April. 

The Sky Blues’ will host the second Grand Final re-match of the season at Netstrata Jubilee Stadium, as Perth Glory come to Kogarah in March in what will no doubt be one of the most hotly anticipated encounters on the calendar.

There are five family friendly home fixtures, all kicking off before 5:30pm AEST, and a bumper ‘Summer of Football’ in store, in a revamped 29 round draw including three byes.
