Sydney FC have signed a landmark four-year major partnership with one of Australia’s leading air conditioning suppliers, Fujitsu General Australia -- spanning the Sky Blues’ Hyundai A-League, National Premier League and Academy squads.
Fujitsu General Australia, proudly known as Australia’s Favourite Air ®, will appear on the back of Sydney FC’s Hyundai A-League playing shorts, while they’ll become the front of shirt partner for the club’s Academy and NPL sides in a first for the Sky Blues’ youth teams.
Sydney FC Chief Executive Officer Danny Townsend welcomed Fujitsu General to the Sky Blues’ family.
“Fujitsu General is a company with a focus on wellbeing, sport and leading a healthy lifestyle, and we believe this is a perfect alignment for Sydney FC,” he said.
“We value the importance of an excellent culture within our club and that is a key ingredient of Fujitsu General and its organisation.
“We are also both passionate and successful in our respective fields and I’m looking forward to a great relationship and being involved in some fantastic initiatives with one another over the next four years.”
Fujitsu General Australia and New Zealand Managing Director Philip Perham said:
“This partnership offers us a unique opportunity to provide support for sport to be enjoyed by everyone from the younger levels in the Academy squads through to the professional A-League side.
“It’s an opportunity for us to help support enthusiastic younger generations to enjoy the benefits of being active and healthy while pursuing their sporting goals and aspirations. “
Fujitsu General join sleeve sponsor Parkview Group in supporting the Sky Blues’ Academy sides, and will remain a partner until the 2022/23 season.
Sydney FC kick off their Hyundai A-League season away to Adelaide United at Coopers Stadium on Friday 19 October (kick off 7:50pm AEST).
