Sydney FC has launched a specific Westfield W-League Membership to cater for the rapidly increasing supporter base that the Sky Blues W-League team and women’s football is enjoying.
Sydney FC has launched a specific Westfield W-League Membership to cater for the rapidly increasing supporter base that the Sky Blues W-League team and women-s football is enjoying.
The Sydney FC W-League team has attracted a strong fan base since its inception and the W-League Membership caters for the needs of female fans.
“Women-s football is growing at an incredibly fast rate and we thought it appropriate to offer a W-League membership in recognition of that increasing support but also in support of the women who represent Sydney FC with pride in the W-League competition,” said Sydney FC CEO Tony Pignata.
“The W-League team is an important part of Sydney FC and this Membership is a sign of that. It has been designed to meet the specific needs of female fans and we hope the fans get behind the women and become Sydney FC W-League Members.”
The Sydney FC W-League Membership contains the following:
• Free entry to all Sydney FC Westfield W-League home games. This includes the double header at Allianz Stadium on 15 December, when the Sydney FC W-League team plays Perth Glory before the Sydney FC A-League team takes on Western Sydney in the Sydney Derby.

The Sydney FC W-League Membership costs $70 or just $50 if you already have a Sydney FC A-League Membership.
The Sydney FC W-League team starts its 2012/13 campaign against Newcastle Jets at Leichhardt Oval on Sunday 21 October.
