Sydney FC are set for a club first on Friday night, with the launch of their new online pre-match show, hosted LIVE on the club’s Facebook account by former Fox Sports personality Simon Hill.
Running for 30 minutes prior to kick off, Hill will be joined by a range of special guests to discuss each fixture as well as hear exclusively from Head Coach Steve Corica and selected players in an in-depth preview for the Sky Blues’ remaining three home games.
Friday’s premiere episode will see Hill LIVE on Sydney FC’s Facebook page from 6:50pm, discussing the return of football, Sydney FC’s run in to the Premiership, the Sky Blues’ and Phoenix’s key men and more ahead of the scheduled 7:30pm kick off at Netstrata Jubilee Stadium.
Hill said he was looking forward to hosting the Sky Blues’ new pre-match show.
“This is an innovative new way for the club to connect to their Members and fans and I’m excited to be able to host the show,” Hill said.
“Football has been missing for so long, it’s fantastic to be back and to be able to ensure the Members are getting all the content they can from their club.
“In the show we’ll look in-depth at each of Sydney FC’s remaining home fixtures, provide plenty of commentary on each clash, and no doubt have some laughs along the way.”
