Sydney FC has accepted the resignation of conditioning and fitness coach Anthony Crea.
Crea joined Sydney FC in November 2012 following the appointment of Frank Farina as Head Coach and will leave the club with immediate effect.
Chief Executive Officer Tony Pignata said: “We-d like to thank Anthony for his contribution to Sydney FC over the last 18 months and wish him all the best with his future endeavours.”
