With spring upon us the September school holidays are almost here and with it, Sydney FC’s ever popular school holiday clinics.
Run throughout the two weeks of holidays, the clinics are returning to three of their most popular venues at Macquarie University Sports Fields, The Hills Grammar School and Christison Park in Vaucluse.
Macquarie University will be the first clinic run, starting on September 23, before the Hills Grammar clinic starts up on September 24. The Christison Park clinic will then kick off on the 26th before finishing on September 30 with all sessions running from 9am until 3pm.
As always the clinics will be led by ex-Socceroo and ex-Sydney FC midfielder Paul Reid and his highly qualified coaching staff, and Reid said the clinics were a great way to keep your football skills in check during the offseason.
“Even though the football season of the local juniors will have finished, it is a great opportunity to continue developing the kids skills and love of playing football,” Reid said.
“It will also be a great experience for the Junior footballers to meet and be coached by some of their Hyundai A-League heroes as they prepare for the start of the season.”
The cost for each three day clinic is $320 (incl. GST) with every participant receiving a training kit (shirt, shorts and socks), a football, the opportunity to meet and be coached by some of the Sydney FC players and a ticket to the Sydney FC v Central Coast Mariners match at Allianz Stadium on Sunday, 2 November.
As an added bonus, everyone will also receive a FREE Junior Blues Membership and, exclusively to the Macquarie University Clinic, a signing session with the entire Sydney FC Hyundai A-League squad.
