Peter Paradise has today stepped down from the Sydney FC board.
Given the speculation around his recent departure at Herbert Smith Freehills, Peter believes it is in the best interests of the club to step down at this point in time.
Chairman Scott Barlow said: “The alleged incidents relate to the Herbert Smith Freehills workplace and Sydney FC is unable to obtain any details.
“However, we have met with Peter and we agree that it is the right decision for him to step down.
“I would personally like to thank Peter for the outstanding contribution he has made towards Sydney FC’s growth and success over the last five years.”
