Sydney FC defender Pedj Bojic has revealed the Manchester United star he is most looking forward to testing his football skills against on Saturday night, when he lines up for the Foxtel A-League All Stars.

The Championship winning full back will start the game against the English Premier League title holders and says he is relishing facing some of the best in the World.

“You-ve got the like of Giggs and Van Persie,” he said. “But Evra will be a good one because obviously he is the opposing full back to me.

“That will be interesting to see how I come up against him, maybe I’ll try and pull his shirt here or there!”

United lost the first match of their tour in Thailand and Bojic is hoping the Foxtel A-League All Stars can capitalise on that.

“It gives you confidence that-s for sure but we know the qualities Manchester United have.

“I guess the whole point of it is to express yourself, entertain, play some good football to showcase to Australia that the A-League is improving and we can perform on a high level.”

Once the All Stars game is over Bojic will join back up with his Sydney FC team mates and head to Japan for their match against Sagan Tosu, in a busy schedule for the former Mariners man.

“It-s an amazing start to my new career at Sydney FC, I-m loving it,” he admitted.

“The boys are great. To come to such a big game here and then going onto a really good pre-season tour in Japan and Italy, it-s a great set up and I-m really looking forward to a great season with Sydney.”

Sydney FC will fly out to Japan on Sunday before their game against Sagan Tosu on Wednesday night (kick off 2100hrs – AEDT).
