The quartet will play some vital minutes as they look to force their way back into the Sydney FC first team squad.
Cole is recovering from a calf problem and will play a role in the game as part of his rehabilitation while Chianese, Moriyasu and Sherlock will be out to impress in front of NYL Coach and A-League Assistant Coach Ian Crook.
The NYL team started the season in good form with a 1-1 draw against Adelaide United last weekend and will look to continue that form on Saturday as part of the NYL/W-League double header.
The NYL game kicks off at 12pm before the W-League side takes on Melbourne Victory at 3pm.
Sydney FC Members can enter Leichhardt Oval free of charge with tickets costing $10 for adults and $5 for children and concession. Gates open at 11.45am.
