‘The day was a great way to attract students that both do and don’t play soccer to socialise, have some fun and kick a ball around.

It was a great initiative for Sydney FC to promote soccer, especially for students looking for employment and to make new friends. The free lunch was also a bonus!’ – Maksym

‘I thought the day went really well, the activities were very fun and enjoyable! It was great meeting new people that are interested in the same thing as we are.

The food was very delicious and the prizes from Under Armour were a great bonus!

It was an overall really fun day out in the sun! And I would recommend it to students in the future!’ – Georgia

‘The social development day was very exciting and fun! We participated in many activities involving all the students that rocked up for the day.

The activities were very interesting and involved a lot of communication and working together to achieve a goal, these allowed us to engage and connect with the fellow students.

We socialised and got to know each other better discovering we shared many common interests. The Under Armour prizes were amazing and will definitely be used a lot. We were then treated to a lunch that was mouth watering! We all couldn’t get enough of the food.

The social development day was worth it and definitely worth getting out of studies for! I would recommend it 100% to all the fellow soccer players and interested athletes out there!– Kayla
