Check out which of your Sky Blue stars made the Hyundai A-League Team of the Week for Round 10.

Some outstanding team displays in Round 10. But which individuals made the team of the week?

Keeper

Paul Izzo (Reds)

Preserved three points for Adelaide with a sequence of late saves against Victory, having earlier denied Besart Berisha from the penalty spot. A world-class display.

Defence

Bart Schenkenfeld (City)

Bossed the backline and provided good distribution to the attacking channels – began the only goal by moving the ball quickly to Bouzanis who punted it up field.

Jordy Buijs (Sydney FC)

Like his defensive partner Wilkinson, snuffed out the Wanderers with a commanding performance.

Alex Wilkinson (Sydney FC)

Does the job week in week out. Was at his reliable best again in the derby.

Alex Wilkinson

Midfield

Isaias (Reds)

Steered his side to a famous win in Melbourne by commanding the midfield against some top-class opponents.

Nikola Mileusnic (Reds)

Continued his eye-catching season by laying on a fine assist for George Blackwood’s winner on Friday night, bamboozling Stefan Nigro in the lead-up.

Stefan Mauk (City)

Made a goal-saving block in the final minutes and got into some dangerous areas and perhaps should have scored.

Adrian Mierzejewski (Sydney FC)

From the first whistle in the Sydney Derby, the Pole looked up for it. He’s smooth on the ball and can hit it too. Two goals proof of that. He absolutely bossed the derby.

Attack

Alex Brosque (Sydney FC)

Pressed, assisted and showed great energy. Another class display from the captain.

Brosque

Jacob Italiano (Glory)

The youngster is blossoming and in a side missing some key strikers against the Jets, showed why he’ll be a star of the future.

Baba Diawara (Reds)

Now that he appears back to full fitness, looked dangerous all night in the win over Victory. Scored a neat goal and showed why he’s so highly rated.

Manager of the Round: Marco Kurz (Reds)

The German is winning fans across the country with his passion while the Reds are proving to be a tough side to beat. Just ask Victory.
