Sydney FC’s players were handed an extra “home game” this week as they headed into their own communities to support local initiatives.

Pascal Bosschaart and Karol Kisel were representing their own communities when they headed out to the CC Strikers six a side competition at Manly United-s home ground Cromer Park.

The players both live on the Northern Beaches and took time to hand out medals and sign autographs for the young players at the end of the ten week tournament.

Every member of Sydney FC-s playing staff is taking part in projects in their home areas this week, to help support their local communities.

“For me it was a home game!” said Pascal. “I-m living in this area so people recognise me perhaps more than some of the other players.

“Every child is very nice and they are very polite and also their parents, so it-s always nice to do these things.”
