Hello to all you Sky Blue supporters, I hope you’ve had a wonderful week.
The girls and I are still buzzing after our 4-0 victory vs Canberra and this has transcended onto the training field this week. I feel we executed our game plan to perfection and getting such a convincing win as well was the icing on top.

We’ve played to our strength’s week in and week out, with a high press and intensity which has helped us win six out of six games with only one goal conceded.
With this success the feeling in the change room is flourishing, we have such a wonderful group of young girls and we can be confident in each other in every game situation, knowing everyone is working for each other and doing their part.
With this the club culture will keep improving week in and week out and makes us resilient regardless of results.
However, we need to make sure we stay on task, we have another big game against the Brisbane Roar, they’re our original rivals and so we can’t get complacent on Sunday.
All these girls are so professional I know they will bring a top tier performance. I definitely have a lot of respect for Brisbane, they are a very strong opposition and very strong on set pieces, but hopefully with the momentum we’ve built we can make it seven from seven and maintain our perfect start to the season.
I can’t wait to see you all at home on Valentine’s Day, the girls and I all appreciate your continued support week in and week out.
