Fresh from scoring the opening goal of the Matilda-s 2014 AFC Asian Cup campaign, we look back at Foord-s statistics throughout the 2013/14 Westfield W-League season for the Sky Blues.

Deployed as either a right back or right winger under Alen Stajcic, the 19 year old was a versatile asset for the Sky Blues, making 11 appearances, nine starting and two as a substitute, as she played a total of 811 minutes.

Foord scored four goals for Sydney Women-s FC, both doubles, in comfortable Sky Blues victories that saw Sydney FC eventually finish second in the 2013/14 Westfield W-League.

Foord-s first brace of goals came in a 3-0 victory over the Newcastle Jets before the Matilda slotted another two in Sydney FC-s comprehensive 8-2 win over the Perth Glory at WIN Jubilee Oval.

In her time with the Sydney FC, Foord has claimed the W-League Premiership in the 2010/11 season and the W-League Championship in the 2012/13 season.

Perhaps her highest accolade however, came in 2011 as Foord was voted “Best Young Player” of the tournament for the 2011 FIFA Women-s World Cup.
