The latest instalment of “The Big Blue” sees Brett Emerton and Harry Kewell go head-to-head in a professional football match in Sydney for the first time and advance ticket sales point to a season high crowd heading towards 20,000 for what is a crucial clash.

Sydney FC v Melbourne Victory matches have always been one of the highlights of the Hyundai A-League season and this year will be no different.

Sydney FC sits three points outside the top six and need to defeat Melbourne Victory before facing fellow top-six contenders Melbourne Heart and Newcastle Jets in the final two rounds.

Sydney FC will welcome back striker Mark Bridge, who returns from an ankle injury, to give Sky Blues coach Vitezslav Lavicka a full squad of players to pick from.
