Versatile player who has played as a right-sided midfielder and defender in his brief career with Sydney FC. A product of the strong Illawarra region, Zadkovich came to prominence after earning regular first team football with Notts County in the lower leagues of England, which earned him a place in the squad at the 2005 World Youth Championships in The Netherlands. Returned to Australia and impressed during a short-term stint in the first season of the Hyundai A-League, which also earned him a Championship medal. Was handed a full-time contract prior to the second season and was forced to play in the unaccustomed role at the back with injuries mounting for Sydney. Is also a member of the Qantas Under 23's.
