14. Alex Brosque
Lightning quick, with a rocket for a left foot and vision like no other striker, Brosque is the most feared front man in the Hyundai A-League. He capped of stellar 2009/10 with selection in the PFA Team of the Year and was voted Sydney FC Player of the Year by his teammates and will again unite with Mark Bridge to lead the Sky Blues attack in 2010/11. One of the country’s leading players in assists, Brosque creates as much as he scores with his unselfish style of play, hard running and work ethic. He is one the club’s fans most favourite players, fit as a fiddle and extremely active in his local community, Brosque is a true club man. Just missing out a berth in the Socceroos 2010 World Cup squad, Brosque has many more years ahead in the green and gold.
