Sydney FC Chairman - Scott Barlow
Mr. Scott Barlow is the Managing Director and founder of STRADA. Scott has extensive experience in the finance sector having held positions in mergers and acquisitions, corporate valuations and corporate strategy at a number of leading Australian and international companies, including AMP, PricewaterhouseCoopers and Telstra. Scott holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Tasmania and a Graduate Certificate in Applied Finance and Investment from the Securities Institute of Australia. In 2009, Scott was appointed Vice Chairman of the Sydney Football Club.
Director – Michael Crismale
Mr Michael Crismale rejoined the Board of Sydney FC in 2012 after he was a Foundation Shareholder, Board Member and Chief Financial Officer when the Club was launched in 2005. Michael is a Chartered Accountant with a strong background in corporate and small business advice. He is Currently the Executive Chairman, President and CEO of Matrium Technologies (a leading supplier of network test solutions), Executive Chairman of Matrium Financial Services (a financial planning and advice company) and Executive Chairman of Matrium Advisory (a business planning service for small to medium sized businesses). Michael also offers a broad knowledge of sports administration as he is the Chairman of the Australian Turf Club.
Director - Han Berger
Han brings decades of global football coaching, technical and management experience that is without parallel in Australia. Berger was the youngest ever person to be Head Coach in the Dutch Eredivisie and proceeded over 637 matches during his time in charge of clubs including FC Utrecht and FC Groningen. Berger will be a director on the Board and will especially advise on all footballing matters concerning Sydney FC.
Director - Erica Berchtold
Erica Berchtold is the Rebel's Managing Director of Sports Retailing and is responsible for merchandise, marketing and retail operations across all of retail giant Super Retail Group’s sport businesses, including Rebel, Amart Sports, Workout World and Goldcross Cycles. Erica comes to Sydney FC with nearly 20 years of Australian retail experience.
Director - Peter Paradise
Peter is consistently recognised by peers and industry bodies as one of Australia’s best infrastructure lawyers. Peter is a partner of a large global legal firm and specialises in major projects and infrastructure and the construction and development of large scale projects in Australia, Asia and Europe and advises the Sydney FC Board of Directors on all legal matters.
Director - John Simeone
Simeone brings with him over 20 years of experience in the aviation industry having worked closely with tourism bodies, airports, key partners and most recently leading the Business and Government Sales team. John is a strong team player with significant experience in commercial negotiations , commercial collaboration and working across business and community partners
Director - Phillip Wolanski
Wolanski has had a lifetime involvement with football as a player, supporter and administrator. He recently stood down from the FFA Board, having reached the maximum term allowed. During that period he served as the Socceroos Head of Delegation for 11 years, including the past 3 World Cup campaigns. Wolanski also chaired the FFA’s Football Development Committee. In 2004/2005 he served as the designated member for Australia for the Organising Committee for the FIFA World Club Championship and subsequently for the 2005 FIFA Confederations Cup in Germany. He is managing director of property group Denwol and was made a member of the Order of Australia in 2008 for his philanthropic contributions to arts, sporting and cultural organisations.
